Shipping and Refunds Policy
We strive to process your order within 2 business days. Please note that any order received after 12pm Friday will be processed on Tuesday of the next week. Please take into account weekends and holidays for processing time. All packages within US and Canada will arrive 5-7 business days. International packages will arrive 5-10 business days. We will provide an email with a confirmation that your order has shipped, as well as a tracking number for you to track your package.
All our packages are shipped from our warehouse in Trenton, ONT. All purchases will appear on your credit statement as “Essential Liquid Inc.” All funds are processed in CDN dollars.
If the product you have ordered is damaged you have 14 business days from when you receive it in which to return it. Parcels or items damaged in transit must be reported to us at sales at estick dot com We will replace the damaged item(s) once returned to us.
When returning damaged or faulty items we ask you to return goods yourself. On receipt Essential Liquid Inc. will replace the items. Essential Liquid Inc. will include one replacement bottle of juice for the return of the items (to compensate for your shipping costs) with the shipment of the replacement items. Please note you must be able to provide your order number as well as a brief description as to what the reason for return was. If you cannot provide your order number we have the right to refuse any replaceable goods.
The shipping method purchased must include a tracking number. If no tracking number is provided we cannot guarantee that we will receive the package.
The product will remain your responsibility until it has been received at the returns address. We do not accept responsibility for products lost or damaged in the post.
Should you not find your product sufficient please let us know and we will either replace it or issue a refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note you must be able to provide your order number as well as a brief description as to what the reason for refund is.
* If the deadline for reporting parcels damaged during transit is not met we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement goods.
* If the goods returned are not in fact faulty and is deemed to be “user damaged” there will be no replacements provided.

If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Services Team by e-mail. If your goods have been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items
